Refund policy

At Aspire1 Supplements, your health and safety are our top priority. Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we operate a strict but fair returns policy in line with UK consumer law.


❌ Returns on Opened Products

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any supplements that have been opened, used or tampered with, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Capsules

  • Powders

  • Liquids

  • Resins (e.g. Shilajit)


✅ Returns on Unopened Products

You may return an unopened and unused product within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.

Conditions:

  • Product must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging

  • Returned in resaleable condition

  • Proof of purchase required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including delivery costs)


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)


💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection of the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
