Delivery & Returns
Made to order
Every Aspire1 piece is produced for you once you order it — we don't hold stock. Allow 7–10 working days for your kit to be made, then standard delivery or collection time on top. You'll get an email the moment it's dispatched or ready to collect.
Collect at the gym — free
Pick your order up from Aspire1 Gym, Layco Works, Smithfield, Sheffield S3 7AR. Choose Collect at Aspire1 at checkout and we'll email you when it's at the front desk. Open 7am–10pm weekdays, 8am–10pm weekends. Bring your order number.
Paying at the gym
Collecting? You don't have to pay online. Choose Cash on collection at the gym at checkout and pay by cash or card at the front desk when you pick your order up. We'll hold it for you until then.

Returns
Unworn items with tags still attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Gym members can hand returns in at the front desk — no postage needed.
Because everything is made to order we can't cancel an order once production has started, but your 30-day return right is unaffected.
